Modern Farmhouse

As a custom home builder in Kansas, we get a lot of request for elements of the modern farmhouse. Not all of the houses have a traditional modern farmhouse exterior, it is just elements incorporated inside of the home. Othertimes, the exterior is also modern farmhouse style. Shiplap is popular, as are the large apron front sinks. Board and batten siding, brick fireplaces, and throwback light fixtures can really take you back in time, but with all the modern conveniences we enjoy today.
