  Pete built our first custom home for us after he was highly recommended to us by others. We had plenty of quotations prior to moving forward with any builder and are very glad we selected PCDI. The
  key to our happiness was in the way that he had already included all of the extra touches in his price that many others hit you for extra money. When we did request extra items the price was always
  fair. Pete was more than fair and always helpful and understanding if we needed changes or had any issues. I can honestly say we have since recommended PCDI to multiple other close friends and I am
  sure they will have the same quality experience that we did. We actually consider Pete as a family friend now and that says a lot in survival of building a new home, we will always contact him first
  on any future projects. We are very proud of our new home and thankful to PCDI for the quality build.

  When we first decided to build our friends warned us how stressful building is. They told us horrible stories of what they have gone thru. Mike and I were a little nervous but after the first few
  weeks of meeting with Pete he took all the nerves away.
  It was the easiest thing we have ever done. Working with Pete was very easy. The program he has was very helpful in knowing when to pick things out for the house and he always let us know when we
  were over the budget.
  We are so happy with our home and if we have to build again we would go with Pete and his crew.
  Awesome person to work with. Thanks again for our beautiful home.

  Working with PDCI to build our home was a great experience. Everything was organized for our selection process and then completed on-time. Pete was very responsive to our interests and built a
  beautiful and high quality home for us. Even after we moved in he checked back with us on the house and together we fixed a minor issue that came along with a new home.

  AMAZING WORK! Pete does a great job. His attention to detail is fantastic. We had met with several other builders before we met Pete, and his willingness to work with us on things that we wanted made
  him the perfect builder for us. He always responded within 24 hours to any questions or concerns that we had throughout the process. This has continued since we have been in the house, too.
  If you are looking for a builder, you don't need to look any further. Pete will build a house that you will LOVE!
